Running/Fitness Training
It is a fantastic feeling to complete your first running event, whether that be 5 kilometres or a marathon. You will pass through a multitude of emotions and your training plan should allow you to cross the finish line with confidence rather than walking across feeling deflated.
Working with a running/fitness coach will give you the knowledge and motivation needed to make the experience a successful one. A well designed running program will improve cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory efficiency, this in turn will improve running economy.
Strength training is an integral part in any fitness training plan, it strengthens the anatomy and aids in running performance, it also decreases the chance of injuries that result from muscle imbalances.
Before commencement of any training, a detailed fitness assessment is completed. Training sessions can take place around your local area or nearby park, or indoor sessions at your home address, can also be arranged.
Programme training fees: £100 per training hour.
