About Stephen

Stephen Wilde is an Ex-Infantry Warrant Officer and Army Physical Training Instructor with over 24 years’ experience, as a running coach and fitness instructor, which enables him to tailor programmes to suit the individual. Understanding clients’ goals and working around their busy lifestyles is key to building a running/fitness programme that works. Based in Thornton-Cleveleys Stephen provides a gold standard of exercise instruction, delivering high-grade running coaching, and fitness sessions, from beginner to advanced.
